As a tooth cleanliness freak I can tell you this is a must have. I’ve been using it twice a day. You’ll see the difference in just one day though. For tea, coffee drinkers and smokers this is very useful. It can remove the stains. I’d still recommend a professional dental cleaning every 6 months but this will keep your teeth spotless till then.
