Its do its work what they said...take a bucket, pour 2lts of warm water, add 3 spoons (15ml each) of EPSOM SALT and rest ur foot in that about 10 to 15 mins. Its a very good pain reliever... Thank you Amazon...

My mom had chronic swelling in one leg and then both the legs. Showed to a cardiologist, ortho and neuro. But there was no use. I did some research and came across epsom salt. After reading below reviews I tried warm water with epsom salt. It has worked like a charm. My mom has less pain n the swelling has reduced. Along with this I gave her horse chestnut supplement for her varicose veins.
