So the formula seems to be great it's does last and is mostly smudge proof. If i were to buy this in a pinch I'd say it's a great product. But there seems to be some issues with the applicator. The brush tip would get dry mid application and make it impossible to do any fine lines. Broader strokes come out a little patchy in places. If the ink flow to the brush is fixed without having to flick it a bunch of times mid application this would be a 5 Star product tbh

It's jet black, no shine formula is perfect to get a quick winged eye look. I prefer this so much more than the liquid eyeliners. Great quality!
