I have naturally semi-long eyelashes, so a simple over the counter mascara is fine for me. This is one of my go-to mascaras. It doesn’t clump, builds nicely, and it washes off easily.If I’m having a longer day I’ll reapply once.I don’t use waterproof mascara because I feel that it doesn’t look as good on my eyelashes, it’s harder to get off, and it doesn’t build well.I wouldn’t call this smudge proof though if you have naturally oily skin. I use powder and setting spray, but it generally smudges part way through the day. That could just be my skin though, because I haven’t found a mascara yet that doesn’t smudge.
