The pack arrived on time. Well packaged too. First application: As instructed in the pack, I steamed my face prior to the application. Spread it evenly throughout my face avoiding eyebrows, eyes and lips. As it pack dries up, you might feel a slight pulling effect - the likes of a multani mitti pack. After 20-30 mins, you can peel it off. It tugs your skin slightly while coming off which might be a teensy bit discomforting, but there's nothing to worry. Many people complain that it's painful - the peeling off process, but if you've gone through waxing, this will be fairly easy. What surprised me most is that there was an instant glow after peeling off the mask. I didn't think the effect would be noticeable on the first application for sure. If there are bits of the dried pack left, you may wash it off. Pat dry with a clean towel. The face feels a tad dry afterward so I applied an aloe gel. You might feel a pleasant, tingling effect too. I shall update again after a couple of weeks of application.

Effective in first use only clear few pores and bleakheads but after 2nd use it gave very soothing effects and clear out most of the dirt as well as black and whiteheads. Use warm warter soaked bath don't use more than twice a week and don ol't use near your eyelids , hairline or eyebrows and avoid using on dry sensitive skin.................................

This product is good and it smells really great.... Don't forget to moisturize u r skin after u peel off it's most important or else it will make u r dry... Coming to black and white heads removal I feel it's less effective it doesn't clean deeply but sure it cleanses u r visible black and white heads... That's the reason y I gave 3 stars or else it's a overall good product... It removes u r facial hair.. Use it for once in a week.. Hope u like my general review..

Out packaging was fine but product package looks like cheap. Well product results are amazing . It helped my face skin get smoother and black heads free after only three uses . In starting I given only three star to product but after uses and result I am here to edit my review and say that this product is awesomely made . It may take up to three or five uses (depends on your skin type) but believe me you will find your worthy and a good investment .

Been using it once a week and let me tell you people that I'm amazed with the results I'm getting. this peel off mask has bentonite clay and rosehip oil.
