I've been using this shampoo since last year because i had dry hair. It really worked for me, it made my hair soft after every wash. Make sure to apply oil before every hair wash, it's even more effective in softening your hair and make it shine. In addition to this, it also controlled hairfall in my case. I would definitely recommend this shampoo who has dry and dull hair.

It is soft, lathers well and cleans the skin gently, but its packaging is very inconvenient. There is a cap which we need to remove by rotating it, and then keep track of that cap, also have to apply more pressure to get the gel out of it. This takes more time. It would have been better if it was in a tube or something similar wherein we can just open the cap and squeeze the gel out.
