I have oily skin and clogged pores, so I was very much excited for this product to arrive on my doorstep. My thoughts summarised below:1) I don't think it did such a great job of cleansing or pore declogging. It was very gentle and removed the dirt off my face, in mild quantities.2) However, it is an excellent makeup remover, especially eyeliner. I dab it with a cotton wool, and it completely takes off my wings. It is also very gentle and doesn't hurt or irritate my eye area at all.3) Takes off even eyeshadow (I don't use a primer) and lipstick.

Doesn't exactly "cleanse" the face completely. It's alright if you only want to remove makeup. I used a cotton swab dipped in 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean my face after using this lotion and there still was some grime and dirt that appeared on the cotton swab.
