I bought this because I needed a face wash, and it said 'herbal', 'teatree' and 'anti-acne'. While using it the first time, I got curious about the 'grains' and went through the ingredients- the sodium laurel sulphate and the other stuff were expected (nothing that says 'herbal' is truly herbal. If I wanted that, I'd probably be better off foraging) but what got me freaking out are 'polyethylene homopolymer' and 'acrylates'. It is scary to know that something you bought to help you clean your face is actually putting out millions of little plastic particles into the soil and water and ultimately into the bodies of other organisms who end up accidentally ingesting it The bigger plastic menace like bottles, bags etc. Can at least be collected to an extent and recycled, but how the hell is one going to see plastic microbeads? No thanks. I shall stick to a bowl of lukewarm water to wash my face. My suggestion- choose something else that is more environmental friendly!!!
