I have oily, acne prone, and very sensitive skin. I have tried sunscreens from neutrogena, lakme, biotique and lotus herbals. Only lotus herbals gel suncreen suited me but a slight rub on my face used to give white particles. And all other sunscreens gave me breakouts the very next day. Glad that I now found this which doesnt give me the white particles as in case of lotus herbals. Would have been best for me if it would have had higher spf. Anyways happy that I found a good one.

This is the first sunscreen I've tried that didn't break me out or make my skin oily. I don't like the fact that there are essential oils but the texture is exactly like aloe vera gel and it's a matt finish. Really really wish it was more spf, I would have definitely repurchased. All in all good beginner sunscreen but I don't think I'll repurchase because I'm dusky and need more spf .

Best best best best. I have severy acne prone oily skin, very sensitive to skin care products. This is an amazing stuff. Just a pea size quantity is enough for face and neck, and blends to the skin in seconds after gentle massaging. It doesnt make skin oily or dry. I hasnt caused any breakouts till now. Skin feels ultra soft after applying it. Will surely recommend.

The reason I bought this sunscreen was because it was mineral based and free from hazardous chemicals like oxybenzone which is neither body friendly nor environmentally friendly. I am constantly on the lookout for sunscreens or sunblocks that are oxybenzone and OMC free. However, this time when I got my tube of the aloe vera sunscreen gel delivered, I noticed that both the box in which it came and the outside of the product failed to specifically mention oxybenzone at all. I looked again at my last tube which stated in the very first line that oxybenzone was not a part of that product. This time the look was new and the description omitted the mention of exactly what harsh chemicals the product was free of. It made me wonder if this brand has begun adding dangerous chemicals in its products and is now passing them off as "harsh chemicals free" without specifying what they are. In all fairness, I contacted their customer service and they assured me that chemicals like oxybenzone were not used in their mineral based sunscreen line. But then why not mention in it in the product description? Isn't that supposed to be a selling point that gives one's product an edge over other similar products and justifies the price? Why not market a product's obvious merits? What kind of a company wouldn't do that? Confused and worried. Am I being fooled out of my money?
