Its broad spectrum formula with SPF 50+ PA+++ and 4 Star Boots rating provides superior photo protection from both Ultraviolet A (UVA) and Ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. If you have a skin that tends to get contact allergy with almost every product and you have always tiptoe while choosing products to use, this sunscreen might be a boon to you too. I couldn't get any fragrance from it which is a really good sign for me and the formula itself is surprising not that oily after it settles. The texture while you squeeze the product out might get irritating tho as it is not fluid at all and feels more like a solid bloop and has tendency to easily roll out of your skin.However after it is applied it's all good and there's no white cast. While sweating too it stays on the skin and you won't feel any product come off.

Moisturizes and gets soaked in - no pasty, white face after application. Great scent. Smooth on. If you sweat a lot, you will need to reapply frequently, but that's the case with any sun block or moisturizer in general.

Good sunscreen. There is still a whitish layer on your face as is the case with physical barrier sunscreens but it's much less noticible than almost any other sunscreen in the market.Also, it's much more expensive than regular sunscreens in the market but if you really care about your skin then it's worth it.

I’m making such a huge statement because I’ve been using sunblocks since sunblocks weren’t a thing. I tried Indian and international cosmetic as well as pharmaceutical brands. Nothing compares to La Shield. Even other brands mimicking a similar gel-like formula are not able to do such a good job with their product. This sunblock does the job, keeps my oily, acne prone, dehydrated skin sunprotected, hydrated and matte all day. Yes, you have to reapply it when you’re in the sun most of the day. Layering the product over it as a second coat mid-day doesn’t make it bunch. Also it’s a good makeup base too. I use it on my hands and feet too. Most importantly: no white cast.
