This is really useful...it really helps the ankle to absorb the ointment we apply ...within two hrs or so ...the whole ointment gets absorbed and you can remove ...inspite of the holes ...it becomes a bit sweaty ...but then it's ok when it does the main work...also due to the material silicon ...you wear it and you forget ...it doesn't irritate you at all

The force applied is very gentle. This is very effective. It also cures cracked heels. Just apply some foot cream, wear this product and it will heal them. It relieves pain rapidly. The only minus point is that the silicon material drags bed sheets while lying down or when changing clothes. But it can be managed. Price is justified. Go for it.
