It's a caution to those planning to buy it. Ts a first Swiss Beauty product that has disappointed me. Firstly it only dries under UV Lamp. So need to buy that also if planning to buy this because even after an hour it does not dry otherwise. 2ndly even UV does not dry it well so QUICK DRY formula is a LIE.If this was not enough it starts peeling off like a plastic sheet in just 24 hours. So long stay is another LIE.

Honestly, I was so disappointed with this gel base coat. It literally peels of the nail beds. Reduces the longevity of my gel nail paints. Save your coin on this.
