I had ordered 8 pieces of this product however I have received only 6. When I had raised a complaint through customer service agent name 'Payal' she helped me however I didn't see it effective as j haven't received remaining pieces yet. Also, the card board used in this product is of bad quality which smells and your almira and cloth stinks. I won't recommend this to anyone. Waste of money and poor customer service from Silkrute. Highly disappointed.

Decent for the price, fits good amount of clothes and study enough of to stand and not collapse. The only complain is of a very strong odour which it has which is so not pleasing, despite me keeping it out in the sun for a few das the odour didnt go away and it transfers to my clothes which is not pleasing at all.

The product is a thin cloth over cardboard squares. The cloth is flimsy like a good tissue paper. The stitching is poor with stitching out in 3 out of 4 items and that's the reason I can see all the cardboard squares. Even before use the item has considerable defects and is expensive compared to the materials used. Storage capacity is fine, but what's the use of capacity when quality is poor.
