For the Happy Birthday letters I received only Happy and 8 random letters for the word Birthday!!! It was so so so upsetting as putting this up for my son's birthday and ultimately ended up putting nothing!The silver/white balloons are absolutely hopeless. They all burst even before the party started!!! Complete and utter waste of money!! Moreover because I depended on this i did not have any backups!!
