Excellent muesli. Not sure how much quinoa but excellent nevertheless. It absorbs milk/ water like a sponge so it softens like a porridge. It's not too sweet which I like. Can add raisins if you prefer it sweeter. I have never left it overnight as suggested,choosing the other option of half an hour. I usually eat it within 15 or 20 minutes after pouring so I put a little hot water first to soak and it's perfect
