Review after use of one bottle. I had previously tried many garlic pearls however they were all found to be more or less same in quality and I had never felt them of any special worth. This one tastes the real garlic but no odour at all. I had gas trouble, I am very comfortable after one-month regular consumption of one capsule each after breakfast and dinner. I found this is a genuine product and would recommend to anyone.

This is my fourth purchase. I initially purchased these just before the whole Covid situation happened. Like I said, this is my fourth buy and I wouldn't have bought it more than once if they weren't effective. But like I said for the best results the following steps are important -1. Get a good night's sleep 7-8 hours2. Eat a low-fat, low-sodium diet and incorporate a lot of leafy vegetables and fresh fruits into your diet.3. Limit tea, coffee, sugar processed foods and red meat.4. Try getting some exercise - If you can do some walking everyday, that is more than enough.5. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.6. Take a garlic pill once a day preferably during lunch or dinner along with food.On a side note, people with blood sugar issues will also benefit a lot from these steps as in many cases it has been proven that diabetes and hypertension are closely linked.
