Product is good as described. But Hot liquids do not stay hot for 24 hours. And the LID spare is almost half the cost of the entire unit.. I coukd not find spare washer in the local market and had to buy a new unit.

Its a good product and serves the purpose quite well. I ordered for my FIL who generally leaves for office early in the office, probably by 6 and needs a tea break at around 9. the previous one was quite big and leaked while travelling and also beverage used to become cold. I ordered after reading the reviews and have been using it as per the instructions and reviews. Its capacity is max. 3/4th mug or 1 tea cup, so cannot carry for travelling as for general tea loving families this wouldn't suffice even one person's thirst. It is very good for day-to-day use to take it to office though. Have been using it for 2 months now, and my FIL or MIL have not yet complained, so its working well. Just as i read in reviews, fill the container to its rim and it keeps the beverage hot for a longer time.

Writing a review after two weeks of use. Keeps coffee hot for two- three hours. But, have to prime with hot water before pouring in coffee. No leakage at all. Suitable for travel.Totally worth it!

This Milton 160ml thermal flask doesn't maintain it's temperature. I raised a complain regarding this to Silkrute customer care and Milton customer service. But no response from them. It's very disappointed. Don't claim false warranty and cheat the customer's. . I need refund or replacement for this item .
