This product is duplicate and Chinese. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. Water remains warm only for 30 minutes. Most important, the color of the bottles started fading in one week. I had ordered green bottle but while drinking water from the bottle the green color came out and stuck on my face like a facial make up of newly wed bride.Please DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHINESE ITEM.

The coating is peeling off-looks absolutely unclean, after just 4 days of using the same. Need a refund..again i am submitting the same request. the product has been returned but did not got the refund. please look in to the matter and get the refund process on immediate basis

I bought this one on June 24th,2019 and writing this review on June 8th,2020.There was a thermal leak at the neck of the bottle which means that-Chilled Water will start gaining temperature in 2 hours, when means you will feel that the temperature of water is changeBoiled Water will become Luke Warm water in 6 hoursAnd it's cap is also not of good quality. It's a hard plastic it's nota metal. So, when your bottle will fell from the cap side (empty/filled) there are chances that your cap could break.And it's coating will also start peeling off
