I have been using these containers for some time now... They are really sturdy. I take care to open the lid from both sides and not just from one side.... So that the lid does not break.....I had read a review that this product is comparable yo Tupperware and I agree... I have a few Tupperware containers similar to these..... The Tupperware lids are slightly more flexible.... I feel it us totally worth the money
