This is a good enough for Pulses, but not for Sugar and other items which Ants are attracted to. There is a small hole left in the sealing area, I don't know why and they use that to get inside.

I had specifically asked for GREY color - which is what the description specified - but I got brown color. All my Nayasa containers are grey which is why I asked - as I like the have a similar set. But I dont want to return it and wait longer..

The jars are big and stores well. But I am not sure if it's airtight, as the plastic lid on top doesn't shut tightly. If you hold the jar from the lid, the lid comes off.

The lid is airtight due to a small rubber inserted into the lid. As we pull open the lid sometimes the rubber comes out and need to be pushed back into the slot. Don’t think such a mechanism would last long.
