I've used this both for making Kimchi and as part of my masala for marination of other dishes in place of normal red chilli powder. It gives dishes a special flavor and I'd suggest anyone who buys it to go ahead and experiment with it that way. It's a really nice product. Only quantity could be a bit more.

The product looked as artificial as it can be. I feel that this has more red colour than even Asian paint of same colour. Something looking like chilli flakes are added. God knows what it is.
