Good product. Heats food well, the containers tend to get hot themselves. The power supply that comes with the product, I think, is very under rated for the amount of power a heater draws. Smoke started coming out of the plug that goes into the electrical socket. Thankfull, I was present right there and pulled it out of the socket. Difficult to imagine the consequences if I hadn’t been there. I would suggest you invest in a better quality electrical cable. The product itself is worth it.

It is mentioned that it takes less than half an hour to warm up and the led turns green from red, but the fact is the led never turns green though I kept plugged in for more than half an hour. Else everything is good. Just that it takes more than 30 minutes to warm the food. The upper 2 boxes warms up in 30 minutes but it really takes a long long time to warm the bottom most box.

I bought this lunch box 4 months back. I have been using it every day. Let me tell you about my experience. Pros: 1. You can have semi-hot food after heating it for about 30 to 40 minutes 2. Boxes are of good quality and lids are intact 3. Power card is of decent quality 4. Outer box is sturdy and durable 5. Easy to carry the lunch box Cons: 1. It's not completely leakproof. If you carry any gravy items like sambar or dal, there is a high chance that it may spill. (Suggestion you can have gravy items in the bottom box so at least you can reduce the spill) 2. The container lifter is not strong and the joints are weakly done 3. Takes a bit longer time to heat the food Bottom line: It's a handy product in this price range. Go for it and enjoy the hot food at workplace.

Food will be warm. Not hot. Autocut function was not working. 1.5 Hours had passed still the red light was on. This poses a bit of danger. The steel boxes were thin and didnt appear very durable. I returned the product.
