Had to return the product twice since the handle joint is wobbly and moving. Ordered twice and received the same item and same issue. Reordered the product and finally got the undamaged pan. It is very great quality and heavy pan. Must purchase for every kitchen.

Product looks pretty sturdy and good material overall. It also heats well and on gas cooker i am using it is working pretty well. However, the base and the sides and getting some permanent coloration which makes the item look sluggish, like cheap quality. Not sure if its supposed to look like that, I mean I would not like any of my visitors see the base and sides when open - guess they will not eat food cooked in it in that ase ;-), But performance is decent overall.

Better to use triplay pan than any other toxic pan . First apply oil on pan and then u can do cooking. Between cooking u can put little oil if u feel it sticking. You can not compare triply with non stick pan. May be non stick pan easy to use but it use can causes cancer which non stick utensil co will not agree. I am using this I am cooking in this . It not sticking any food but patience is needed in cooking like this toxic free pan. Butterfly product are excellent and budget friendly. Go for it . I also tried Butterfly other products.

Good quality steel, heavy, handle heats up only near the pan, can be held without worry. Label came off easily upon heating slightly. Made omelette, with normal quantity oil, did not stick.

Material used is very good, and does the job it is meant to do with ease. Only point is the handle which is not very comfortable to grip and is quite slippery. So be careful while holding the handle with a full pan.
