Perfect kitchen item. Ideal size n weight... One needs to be careful while using first time, heat, coat with thin layer of oil, sprinkle teaspoon of salt, rinse then repeat the process n done. It really works as nonstick. Note: not necessary to use soap n water for every wash.

Heavy and that means sturdy.. retain heat as bottom is very thick.. also tried pizza in OTG.. WORKS WELL.. need precautions for OTG as it heat for long period.As always need care being cast iron..
