Though the overall product is good the bakelite handles are not of good quality because after washing while putting it for drying when I hold it one of the handle just snapped because of my thumb's pressure. Not expected from Hawkins to compromise on standard of quality. I am giving it a 3 ?? rating just because of this poor quality.

Size of the stewpot was as what I expected. Approx1kg of chicken with 1kg of rice could fit. Also the thickness and coating appeared to be good. Good product by Futura. Inspite of all this I was disappointed as I received a stewpot with broken handle from the Cloudtail same as what I had read in other's reviews. I tried to see if there was a replacement available. But it showed that product was unavailable. And even today when I am writing a review almost a week later, 8.5 litres stewpot is still unavailable. I have been checking out frequently for this product on Silkrute and have observed that big sizes such as 8.5 litres or bigger are available rarely and when you manage to get one it turns out to be defective.

Why are the handles so small for such big pot? It is so impractical n risky! My 3 ltr n 5 ltr pots have bigger handles than this.
