Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Handi is ideal for cooking Palak Paneer Vegetable Thai Curry Rasogolla Dum Aloo and many more. It is a well-designed Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware. It retains the advantages of cooking on stainless steel surfaces while eliminating the disadvantages of sticking and burning that come with normal stainless steel. It is made of three layers. The cooking surface is made of AISI 304 18/8 food grade stainless steel that is extremely hygienic durable and non-reactive to most foods. It does not pit or corrode. The core is made of heavy gauge aluminium which spreads heat evenly and prevents hot spots. The base and the outer surface is made of AISI 430 grade magnetic steel works well on gas ceramic halogen electric and induction cooktops. It is securely packed in an attractive box ideal for gifting.

It's a good Handi...but same problem after using high heat for few minutes only, it changes its colour...but as it's mentioned it doesn't affect quality of steel or any reactivity with food..then it's good ..no issues with change colour on high heat

Theproduct is good to 7se but I have faced the problem of bottom getting burnt if the gas flame is increased. Even when I made kheer little increase in heat led to burning at the base. So one has to be very attentive and careful while cooking in this. The space inside is quite good and the food can be easily stirred with the wooden spatula provided free. For cleaning use liquid wash which removes stains and dirt easily .
