I absolutely loved this pan. The ONLY bad thing about this pan is, its handles get EXTREMELY hot. I dont know why Hawkins did not consider using a heat proof handle? I mean these are handles meant to be lifted.. But it gets so hot that I have to use a cloth or hand gloves to lift the pan or keep it aside If I am cooking multiple things on gas stove.
