I had ordered a cast iron Appe patra before this. However it was very heavy. This product however is lightweight and very easy to use Easy to clean and store !! 5 stars :)

Advantages
It's heavier than other teflon Appa patras. However, it's quite delicate like any teflon pan. You have to be careful not to scrub off the lining while cleaning. Use a sponge and when something sticks I use a plastic scrubber. It cooks fast. The plastic picker that came along with it melted on first use. A wooden one would be ideal. The steel lid is useful.

It's very good product. Requires less oil for making appe. Heat distribution is equal which is the greatest advantage. Lid is good and keeps heat intact. Cooks evenly. Easy to clean. I am satisfied with the product and the price at which I bought it. I think everyone who is looking for appe pan should definitely go with this Anjali brand instead of other brands which are costly.
