Bought this Anjali appam thatte about a week ago & i must say it is one of the best buys! Lightweight, easy to clean, uses very little oil, came with a wooden pick, & one of the most-used vessels in the kitchen! Definitely a fascination to see different dishes in this shape, kids love it too!The middle 3 spaces gets cooked faster than the ones around, so better to put whatever batter in those 3 spaces the last...Though it says 'Anjali' product, except for a small sticker on the handle nowhere else is the name written/embossed/etched... but still the product is a fine one, definitely recommend...I bought this at a discount offer price of 459/.

I bought same product in 2018..happy with quality. So ordered another one to use it at my Home town, this time received damaged lid. The product package(box) was in good condition...Amazon should keep/stick instruction to Handle with care ..if there is possibility of damage.

It's good for the price....the only con is that it's pits are bit small... otherwise it's much better than other available appam pans in this range...i got it in rs 449 ...fair deal..

I love this pan. You can get creative and make multiple food items, especially for kids. The only reason i took away one star is the plastic tool. Picture shows wooden. How can you use plastic on anything hot?

After researching a lot finally i bought it. It is same as shown in picture. Heating is even as its thick bottom, appe do not burn. Easy to use. It came with lid and spatula. One side of Spatula helps in turning and other side in checking if appe are cooked properly. I was hesitant in the beginning thinking if it will cook properly or will batter stick to pan but its awesome!!!

At first, I thought it's waste of money but leart how to cook them, then no issues now. Buy it.... You will get good appas... Only minus is uppler lid is very light weight and not useful ... Steam comes out of it and lid knob gets hot... Otherwise, it's fine... At reasonable price compared to prestige and other brands... writing this review after using for 1 month...
