I am not a pro in South Indian cooking and tried it for the first time as I missed having Paddu from HyperCity. And it turned out to be so good. Loved it. Very easy to use. The handle if my pan is loose as among 2 screw, only one screw I was able to fix, the other one is closed but I it is manageable.
