Borosil kadhai is great addition to your kitchen .the lid and Handel are sturdy and don't get heated and are easy to hold . The veggie get burnt sometimes on gas stove as the base could be a bit thin.

If bought with an intention of using good stainless steel & health in mind this may not be the product. I bought this to shift from teflon kadai as a healthy alternate. Used this just once and I could see discolor and rust at certain places after washing and wiping clean. I was looking for traditional stainless steel vessels that would not degenerate over long periods of usage. The product is a good looking one but didn't appear to serve the purpose for me. Not satisfied and hence cancelling other products (sauce pan & hands) from Borosil.

It's Good but the problem is that you have to cook on low flame, otherwise food sticks on the base. Not so comfortable to cook like an aluminium kahai.
