The kadhai is perfect for frying. Its big enough to fry puris comfortably yet small so that too much oil is not wasted. The material is think and distributes heat evenly. And best of all, it is compatible with my induction too!

Not sturdy as expected from a brand like cello. Bottom is thin so it gets heated faster and the chownk starts burning immediately. Won't recommend this item. Not worth buying. Instead Butterfly Companies steel is superb.
