The karahi is very lightweight. It heats up very quickly and sticks everything you put in it. Can't cook anything properly as it sticks very quickly. It doesn't seem like steel karhai in fact it's lighter than aluminium karhai, so you can expect the quality of materials used.

The product though slightly expensive, is very sturdy and the plastics covered handle looks rigid. One has to wait and watch the strength of the riveting. . The food doesn't get burnt even when cooked at medium to slightly more than medium flame. Tried on Induction heater at medium heat. No issues.
