The Kadai is made of stainless steel. Iam writing this review after using for 1 month. After searching for non-stick kadai other than teflon/aluminium etc, which are harmful to health, I came across this. It is a wonderful product. Easy to clean. Food doesn't stick much at the botton if we keep the gas low and stir regularly while cooking.Even on the event that something is burnt and sticks to the bottom, it is easy to clean. And there is no stress about non-stick causing harm to health, as it is stainless steel. The price is little higher but it seems to be a long lasting product. Very happy with this product of Prestige.Thanks Silkrute.
