Cleaning is bit difficult, scrotch brite scrubber leaves minute scratches, cleaning oil or burnt food residue very tiresome task in this item. But induction or gas, performance good in heating but material finishing should have been better at this steep price.

I am writing this review after few months of usage.First of all not a worthy product for that price.We cannot make regular curries and fries as they get easily burnt. The rubber which is given as support to handles get loose and not convenient when the pan is hot.Currently i am using this to boil soups for my daughter which is very helpful, that's why I am giving 3 stars.

Very good cookware. Very useful. It is sturdy, has broad, thick base, induction/ gas stove compatible, but better to cook on medium or low flame, as beyond the base, the body of the kadai is thinner and can burn food / discolour vessel. Highly suitable for gravies... Dry roast ...not very ideal. Overall, it is a must have in your kitchen
