It is not good quality. It keeps leaching even after continued use and tempering. Black color material gets mixed with foodAlso can be used for only making Sabzi or dry vegetables. If curry is made them black color seeps in due to water. The cooked food has to be immediately transferred from the Kadai to avoid bitter taste and black color.
