Got this coz it's healthy but was worried about the cleaning & maintenance... But it's quite simple.Wash + dry + oilPut it on the gas on slow till it's starts smoking & off the gas. It gets a lovely non stick look also.Made apams also and it does not stick too... So it's a week but happy.

I prefer this kadai after a lot of research as the weight was less than 2kg and so I can use it easily Rest it serves all purpose like deep frying, cooking Subji which is sufficient for 3-4 persons I seasoned but I go with instructions and seasoned it again it’s working wonderfully ??????????

very sturdy,handy,must have kadai for small families.cooks about 400-500gm vegetables,allows frying of about 6-7 medium sized vadas,medoum sized poori's when half filled with oil. at first i was hesitant about size but its very well designed making it spacious enough to allow easy handling of ladle in it,also easy to clean.i loved the shape and design. very cute and useful.Go for it
