The quality is gud but the Lid is missing. Kindly deliver the lid of the Kadai, else I will have to return it as it will be of no use to me without lid.

The glass lid just busted . The kadai kept in the kitchen after wash. Not even came in to heat contact. A sudden boom heard and found the lid shattered and glass pieces in the kadai. Not a single piece came outside. Very bad experience. Do not buy.

I had Vinod hard anodised Kadhai earlier but this one is more of non stick and is not metal spoon friendly as stated in description and how it was in old product

Dirty, scratched and used product...No replacement has been delivered(though promised the replacement the very next day of receiving the damaged product) since 4 days and neither the refund has been initiated. Don't buy this product

First kadai I received, the lid was bit oval in shape and not round, so it would not fit on the kadai. Also the kadai is thin, not more than 3 mm and certainly not 3.25 mm as claimed. The replacement kadai which came was also faulty - one of the handles was fixed much higher than the other, and the lid would again not close. Fed up of the pathetic quality control by the manufacturer !

I fail to understand why Indian manufacturers put IMMOVABLE STICKERS all over their product, and if they have to put stickers, why they can't put proper REMOVABLE stickers. This pan is RUINED by the stickers, that don't peel off, but stick as if they're applied with some super resiliant industrial horse-glue. Why??? First time it had no stickers; I bought another, and it had a sticker on the outside that would NOT come off, despite hours of soaking. Then I bought a third, and it had stickers INSIDE ON THE BASE, also IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. Seriously, what is WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!!!
