Good thickness and therefore does not stick at bottom if careful..durable though costly..other companies dont clearly mention thickness 2.5mm which helps in food not sticking at the bottom. Even heating and thickness I feel helps in this. Good handles, lid and good size for three people.

I am using this from 4months and I like this very much bcoz it’s Food Grade 18/8 (made of 18% chromium and 8% nickel) stainless steel high quality, easy maintenance, since this is kadai, u can use this to cook curries, Sambar, upma. Like all in one except roties??From 4months of use , it is still the same, I don’t see any tiny holes which usually stainless steel cookwares gets. Totally a good one.As per my experience-In skillets we cannot cook small quantity upma n some other foods bcoz the shape doesn’t suit for Indian recipes-cast iron I like very much but we can’t cook tomatoes or any sour used recipes(need to maintain a lot)

I found all good except handle.Handles are getting too hot while cooking so you have to use clothes while handling the cover or kadhai.There should be backalite cover on the handle.
