I love cooking with this kadai. It's sturdy and yet easy to handle. Its thickness ensures that heat distributes evenly, and that food doesn't stick to the surface. I am going to be using it for a long time.Don't be put off by the metal handles. They do get heated a bit while cooking, but it won't be anything you can't handle. Also, look up how to season this kadai on youtube.

The kadhai is sturdy with thick bottom. Keep the flame medium for cooking. Full flame will burn the food. The food sticks at bottom but it get remove while stirring. Good till now after 23 times usage.

What is good about this product is it's versatility.
