Very poor workmanship. First day itself body handles were loose. Tightened properly before putting into use. But handle ( Support handle - item no. 6 in parts drawing) gets loosened everyday. Three times re-tightened (appropriate - limited torque) within 5 days use. Today support handle got broken to pieces while retightening. Long handle ( Body handle - Item no. 5 in parts drawing) also gets loosened twice meanwhile. Very dejected to see such poor workmanship. It appears the screw and nut threads are loose in manufacture. No proper control on quality manufacturing and very poor pre-delivery inspection. Now the newly purchased cooker remains beyond safe use. Need urgently one set of handles and screw/Nut sets for both body and lid handles on urgent warranty Free replacement basis. My e mail - sivshanthy1988@gmail.com. Send replacement handles directly to my address - Address available on Order itseld

Product arrived in the original packing and everything was in tact.In comparison to the curve series,the blueline series of pressure cookers from Butterfly are smaller but only very slightly,hardly discernible.The quality is the same.Its a bit heavy,so one handed use is definitely off and this is where the handles present on both sides come handy.The handles could've definitely been an inch longer,nevertheless they are sturdy enough for the warranty period of 5 years.

I am a first time male user and this cooker works like a charm, i do mistakes at times in water levels and all but otherwise the cooker is a brilliant quality piece of product
