As the title says, it's very pretty and elegant if you're looking at it from a distance. Even feels strong and of good quality when you hold it. But the moment you pick up the lid and try placing it on the container, you'll start questioning your life choices. The twist and lock feature is fairly complicated for the untrained eye and has a learning curve, more so because it doesn't have long handles like a regular cooker. I bought it for my mother and we debated whether to keep it or return it for a good 3 days, post which my mother became confident enough that she'll get used to the locking mechanism. We've been practicing putting on the lid and one day I'm sure we'll be able to do it blindfolded :) but that day is far far away. The extra lids for straining and covering are just gimmicks, don't buy it for them. Buy it only if you need a wide, shallow cooker and are ready to test your patience for a couple of days learning its ways :)

Despite being the premium product, the quality checks in the piece i received were poor, the cooker was leaking steam from the valve at the first cook. This was a gift so was opened much later then return window. For repair, now i need to drive 20 kms carrying the bulky box myself. I have had issue with availability of artists spares for Pigeon parts. This is totally avoidable.
