Does not work like a cooker.. Whistle jaldi ho jaati hai and non veg cook karne me jada tym lagta hai. Good for khichdi and preparing vegetables.. My mother has been using it for a year now.. So this review is after a good amout of trial..

Very poor quality of the cooker handles n lid. Within use of 6 months the handles borke n the cooker lid is no longer in use. Only using as a cooking kadai. So overall not worth spending 1929/- for this cooker.

I am changing my previous review of 1 star to 4 star.This is a true feedback of a frustrated, angry user to a satisfied one.There is no denying the fact that the lid is very unusual to say the least. My ordeal was actually caused by the wrong labelling sticker put on the lid showing the direction to turn the lid (I hope to close the cooker - nothing was mentioned). So you see a simple mistake from the makers (or packers side) caused the whole fiasco.I almost damaged it by turning it wrong way. Finally I could force open it by striking the ears of the lid with iron bar and thereby also causing some visible damages to the cooker body (nothing serious. But still chipped edges).But once I figured out what was wrong, since then it works like a charm :-)Works well. Found no issues.Just need to get used to such type of design and my tips would be don't follow blindly the guiding stickers. You could be in for an unpleasant surprise just like me. Be patient in the beginning to understand the mechanics of the lid and you will be fine.
