Despite of negative reviews about damaged product, I dared to buy the item, and my story was no different thatn others, the product was damaged. Another handle was replaced as it was different from the image shown on package. Don't take any risks, dont buy this product ever.

You can only use it on extremely low flame on the gas, otherwise the handle heats up and a burning plastic smell starts coming from the cooker, even if you're using it on medium or low heat. The base has turned brown and it gets difficult to remove the pressure cooker from the stove because of how hot it gets.

No complaints about the brand already used in the past it's a repurchase, problem is the seller very bad, packing bad - box was damaged - product it self had broken handle - screw missing on other handle more over it was a returned product looks like he didn't even bother to check the box or atleast check the product before packing for damage funny part is the old bill was still there inside the box raised for return waiting for pick up. Looks like with increasing customer base Amazon has dropped it's quality and checks hope they at least do some seller evaluation once in a while to keep the quality in check.
