This is a very good quality stainless steel pressure cooker ideal for both Induction and LPG gas stove. This is a heavy bottom pressure cooker ideal for cooking for 4-5 persons. I bought this for my mother and she is happy with this. The only issue was that initially it is very hard to adjust with outer lid as my mother is using inner lid aluminum cooker since last 40 years. But after use of a week it will be easy to deal with outer lid. Handles of cooker are very strong and have double screws. Got this from Silkrute, comes in its original packaging. I've been using this (almost) daily and no problems yet. The three layer safety of this product is what you'd want when dealing with high pressures inside (gives you peace of mind). Simple design makes it easy to clean, plus the induction base makes it more versatile (helped me when I ran out of gas). The One thing I didn't like is the carton it came in.. had a very unpleasant smell, but that does not affect the cooker or accessories (just being honest). Great product, would highly recommend.

The product, I ordered first one is a scratched one. Then given and ordered for a new one. The new one is comparitively ok. From these two orders, can draw a conclusion like if a product is getting below the MRP, there may be some defect or the offers in online shopping means defective product in offer prize.

The lid is too tight and doesn't close without applying pressure on opp side. One hand on the handle and other on the opp side to close/open, probably a flaw product. I have purchased 2 3 ltr cookers with the same order they are good. Its tough when opening as the lid is hot and hence cant touch it. Unfortunately I noticed this after the return period hence could not return it. I have changed the gasket twice but of no use. Local service guy advised to return it at the Prestige factory/customer care located at Lakdikapool/Hyderabad.

Liquid/Water spills out of it as it's too short. You can only use a short cooker like these for dry vegetables. Not dals. Also the handles getting burnt and have a horrible plastic burning smell on high heat as there are two handles, if you push it forward the long handle gets burnt, if you push it backwards the front handle gets burnt.

I bought and used couple of times. The lid is not at all easy to put. Now my lid is stuck because the gas cutter is stuck while closing the lid and I am not able to open the lid and it's a nightmare!!
