I wanted to checked the capacity and filled cooker with water. I used measuring glass and later on 1 litre bottle. The cooker has only 3 litre capacity. I again compared the capacity with my current 3 litre Hawkins cooker and again I found the volume same. Summary is that it is 3 litre and not 3.5 ltr.
