I bought this cooker last year and not its bottom lid is detaching from cooker i raised thia to their customer care and they are asking me to use this product till it gets blast or tear apart and then they will see if they can repair or replace it in short its the worst product i have bought till now and on top of that worst customer service so do not buy it

It's quite good for 2 people but base is very narrow gas flames goes out...and while boiling dal or rice...water quikly comes out....so it's ok ok. And price so high according to size

When I opened the product the gasket is very loose and it tends to come off very easily even while in use. I fear that the there is pressure issues in cooker due to gasket as in new piece only, it is so loose. As the product is under warranty, would request the seller to replace my product
