Steamer is average. Compared to the material and workmanship, the price is too high!! The material is just okay. The lid is of bad quality and it's very loose for the steamer. Lid knob is getting heated while steaming and can't open without the help of a pot holders. Twice I replaced the order, but the same kind of lid received again. Poor workmanship!! Water level (max & min) should have been marked inside casserole. Can be used for a family of 2 members...

A good and sturdy set of steamer

Pro: Quite a handy product - Initially used it to make momo's & then also for idlis. Con: The lid seems like it's of a much lower quality in terms of material quality & worksmanship - its markedly smaller than the utensil it's covering which leads to steam being lost from the sides The handles seem like it's made by a third vendor coz the joint connecting the vessel & handle aren't the same quality. Overall, I'd say it's fine if you're buying it for gentle home usage once in a while - However, I'd recommend buying a different brand if you've got the time to compare between the alternatives

Very easy to use. Can make momos easily. If you're mangalurian than cook pundigatti (one type of dish prepared with broken rise and steam cooked). If health conscious than steam cook selected vegetables without any oil.All in all its must to be kept item in kitchen for innovative cooking.
