I was very skeptical bout how dosa will be made on an Aluminium tawa. I had iron tawa for more than 50 years.I am very happy to use this and it has surpassed my expectations.

The quality of the tawa was commendable; however, the packaging was significantly subpar, giving the impression that the product had been previously used, evidenced by the accumulation of dust along the edges and an unwelcome oil coating on the surface. Furthermore, the package was expected to contain both a wooden spatula and a nylon scrubber, both of which were regrettably absent from the box.
