I have been using this product over a month, serves the purpose of making big dosa, but takes some time to get the heat distributed to the edges. Since regular gas burners heat the tawa only at the center, the product diameter and thickness is high. Also the underside of the Tawa is smooth, starts to slide on top of gas burner with the application of small force need to handle it cautiously.
